The purpose of this project was to assist local environmental protection bureaus on reviewing and auditing Soil Pollution Assessment Investigation and Test Data, which were mandated by Article 8 and 9 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act. We reviewed and audited 324 application files, an average of 3.3 days were needed to review one file. 81% of them were finalized. We also helped 318 finalized Data entry. To find out how soil sampling was performed, we paid 89 times on-site visit to enterprises according to their filing schedules and conducted 21 on-site audits of the Soil Assessment And Investigation Personnel. The aim was to ensure that all the samplings were carried out according to Article 8 and 9 of the Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act, and that samples submitted were representative. We also roll out three additional services :「Payment Reminder Alerts」,「Online Multimedia Tutorials」and「Field Audit APP」to promote the efficiency and quality of the project implementation. This project were in charge of assisting the review and auditing the Data for 11 administrative regions, including Chunghwa County, Yulin County, Nantou County, Chiayi City, Tainan City, Kaohsiung City, Pingtung County, Hualien County, Taitung County and Penghu County.
